I've Stopped...

I've stopped...

making great dinners,

taking photos,

putting effort into my baking,

painting,

reading good books,

caring what I look like when I go out (hello...pink shirt I wear all of the time and eyebrows who haven't been waxed in forever),

taking my time with the things I do,

putting forth much effort in connecting with family and friends,

volunteering at Madison's school, and

being interested in doing anything social.

Some of these things stopped with the move from hell this summer... some stopped as the months passed where we weren't conceiving, some stopped when I was pregnant and just too tired for anything, and some stopped once I knew our baby was no more...

I want my life back.

I want all of those things back in it.

I want it to be better than if ever was before.

2011 has sucked.  I refuse to let the last month of it continue to suck.

There are some changes to be made.

Erin Condren Weekly Life Planner - includes a CODE

I bit the bullet and ordered my Erin Condren planner.  I am so excited to get it in the mail.  I have been reading on other blogs about them.  With a new move in a few days, a new town, new jobs, new schools, etc... I need this to keep me organized.

I got a fabulous deal on it using my code from Plum District.  I paid $25 for a $50 credit.  My planner is regularly priced at $50.   * I never would have spent the full $50... simply because I am currently not working and working on budgeting *  I also used code WELCOME10 to save an additional $10... which basically made my shipping free...and I still have a $1.66 credit left on my account.  I sure do love a big deal.  I ordered the multicolored one in the middle that will have our names on it!!

** I am in no way affiliated with Erin Condren.  I've just been reading other blog raves about them and was interested.**

I am Richer than 75% of the World

I saw this today on a blog I follow and it really helps to put things in perspective for me.

It makes the little things and the big things I often complain about seem not that bad.  Sure we are moving...and don't have a home yet...although we are hoping to fix that this week.   Nor do I have a job for when we move...not that I want one, but I think I need one. I could be skinnier.  I could laugh and smile more.  We could make more money.  Or my husband could so I could stay at home.  We long for another baby.... it hasn't been as easy we had thought to get #2.   Sometimes I hate getting up and going to work in the morning.

All in all we have a great life.
