Tuesday Photo Dump

My move from hell has kept me from blogging much... but I hope to be more regular with it...once I start decorating, cooking, baking, and crafting again.  Ever since I got the iPhone I have been using it daily for photos...here are some recent ones.

I was {pin}spired by Pinterest to do a plate wall in my new dining room... here are two I picked up last weekend at Home Goods.

My husband and daughter at lunch at Chilis...this was on Sunday...after our moving truck arrived - LATE -...then it started raining...then they never unloaded, so we were forced to go back to the hotel.

This was on that same day...back in the hotel...she fell asleep on the couch while doing something on her laptop.

Last Saturday we visited this fabulous farmer's market and then had lunch at a bakery/deli on the property.  Fantastic!! Homemade breads, real turkey, and yummy baked goods.  We will definitely be going back.

This was $1.  It is going on my photo wall I am putting up on another wall in my dining room.

Apparently if I am looking for something to drink out of... I can open my box of coup's and get a CUP!

When the movers finally delivered our stuff Monday afternoon... we needed lunch.  So I ordered from a place the previous tenants left a menu for.  This was the BEST pizza ever.  It was buffalo chicken pizza with chicken, buffalo sauce, celery, carrots, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles with a side of blue cheese dressing.  I cannot wait to order it again.

I snapped this photo of Maddie this morning...she was still asleep... her first night sleeping in our new home. She is covered up with the comforter I had on my bed my freshman year in college... it is still fluffy and fabulous and she loves it.  We aren't sure where her bedding is...yet.

This is my poor kitchen...covered in boxes.  It's old...but the appliances are new...and it is big.

Our living room... also with tons of boxes...and the new TV my husband HAD to have.  He has claimed for months it was a necessity :)

Insta-Friday & Moving Sucks

I really want to post about the catastrophe our move has been... but will wait until I have calmed down... But I will say this... moving sucks.  Graebel Movers sucks.  I will definitely be sharing more details soon... as I am sure I will have plenty time... as I sit and wait for our stuff to arrive...as I was know told it's coming later than scheduled... augh.....

I love my iPhone.  I love instagram.  I love taking photos with my iPhone and turning them into instagram photos.

As you can probably tell I also like to make some words larger and add lots of these ... when I post.

I am trying to add in a little humor... when I really want to cry... but I am at Panera (because I couldn't sit for one second longer at the house waiting for the movers) ... and it would be weird if I cried in Panera.  I wish Panera served alcohol... I don't usually drink, but if they served alcohol... I sure would have ordered something.

This morning...when we learned the movers would be delayed... we all took a nap.  Here is Maddie... she was at the end of our bed...and her pillow had fallen off -

Hopefully... now that the moving truck has arrived and my husband is at home dealing with it... the rest of the evening will go smoothly.  The rest of the evening includes a 3.5 hour ride to my parent's house...

Our Weekend via Instagram Photos

I am loving the Instagram app on my iPhone.  I just love the different features it has to make your photos look neat.

Saturday morning after the bank we stopped at Dunkin Donuts... I had some chocolate donut holes...paired with what else? A diet Pepsi.

Sunday we had brunch at the restaurant we were married at.  This cool piece of art was in the bathroom.

Our appetizers at brunch on Sunday.  My husband and I went with lunch choices which included calamari (his choice) and crab dip (my choice).  We had the crab did at our wedding reception...YUMMY!

I am Loving My IPhone

I am a little bit late getting my iPhone.

I feel like everyone has one.

I can hardly put it down.

Tonight the Lilly Pulitzer case I ordered from Preppy Princess arrived today and I love it.   I was also surprised at how affordable it was and it came in super cute packaging as well. If you haven't already noticed pink and lime green are my favorite colors.

I am also hooked on Words With Friends.  My husband and I even have our eleven year old daughter playing.  Have you played before?
