Day 13- Christmas Vintage Subway Art Printables

I created these last night for Christmas.  I look to do a seasonal or holiday printable in an 8x10 frame in our living room.  I came up with these two.  They print best as an 8x10.  If you would like one, just leave a comment letting me know which one(s) you want and if your email isn't attached to your comments, leave that as well.  I think the second one is my favorite and the one I am going to order for myself.

Here they are -

Boo & Trick or Treat Square Printables

I made these fun and simple square printables to decorate our mantle {which is still a work in process}.  I am loving square prints and frames these days.  Once November rolls around I will replace them with two fall related square printables.  As usual, if you would like these, just leave a comment and I will email you the files (usually in less than a day).

I printed mine through Persnickety Prints very inexpensively.

Free Fall Printable - Subway Art w/ Graphics

Today I am sharing a fun and free fall subway printable.

{The file you receive will not include this border}

Would you like one? Simply leave a comment.  If your email is hooked up through blogger... I can respond that way and attach your printable... if it isn't, then go ahead and leave your email and I will send you the printable within a day.

Then you simply upload it to your favorite printing service (Shutterfly, CVS, Persnickety Prints, etc...), choose 8x10 (it will print best that way) and make sure they don't auto color correct it.  When it arrives or you pick it up, simply put it in a frame and you have instant fall decor for a bare wall, mantle, or table.

DIY - Bathroom Decor

I decided to do a beachy/ocean/nautical themed bathroom in our new house.  Our new bathroom has a lot of wall space.  I set out to create a 3 piece set of art for the bathroom.  I am so happy with how they turned out.

I used Picnik to create my prints.  I saved them as JPEG files.  Then I uploaded them to CVS and ordered 5x7 prints (which were less than $1).  I got the frames for $1.99 each at this great little shop near our new house called Christmas Tree Shops. I love this store... I have picked up lots of fun items here...and it isn't what it sounds like... I only saw 1 aisle of Christmas stuff.

I traced around the frames on leftover packing paper, cut them out, and taped them up on the wall to make sure I had them spaced out how I wanted them.  Then I put the nail in the wall with the paper up and then removed the paper.  I will definitely be using this technique (which I saw on Pinterest) to hang the rest of our frames.

The set of these three prints are available for digital download in my etsy shop... if you are interested.  Use code "BLOG1" to save 15% off your first purchase.

Then you can print them out at your local drug store, Target, Costco, etc... and frame them.

Contact me through etsy if you are interested in different colors or different sea creatures... I can do custom prints for you.

This House is a Good Mess. It's the Proof of Life

The other week my friend from high school, Erin, contacted me.  She reads my blog and had seen some of the printables I have made.  She wanted some "how-to" advice on making a printable.  I  just went ahead and offered to make it for her.  She told me the quote she wanted to use and told me her color scheme.   We had several emails back and forth until I sent several to Erin to choose from.  I was thrilled when I received in email from her the other day (while in the middle of my moving nightmare) which included a photo of the final product hanging on her wall.

I love the frame Erin chose and how fabulous it looks on her wall -

If you would like the file for this printable emailed to you, simply leave a comment below with your email address.

Find the Time - Free Printables

I fell in love with this cute little quote and made it into a JPEG printable that you can print from your home computer or local or online photo print shop.  It prints best as an 8 x 10.  If you would like one, just leave a comment and let me know which color scheme you like best.  If your email isn't connected to your comments, then please leave your email in your comment so I can respond back with your printable as an attachment.  Here is a great little post on a blog about how to fix it.

I just added my favorite (the pink and green one) to my Shutterfly shopping cart!

Target "I Love You" Print Knock - Off w/ free printable

We recently saw this at Target and all I could think was I can make something like that for less than $19.99.

So I did.  If you are interested in these downloads I have them so you can upload them to your favorite printing site and get 12x12 prints.  I will be ordering a 12x12 of the pink and green one for my new office.  The actual files do not have the black border around them.  If you are interested in one of these FREE prints for your own personal use, leave me a comment below letting me know which one you would like.

Dr. Seuss Bathroom ~ Printables

My sister re-did her kids' bathroom using the Pottery Barn Kid's Dr. Seuss shower curtain.  She asked me to make some prints for her to hang in the bathroom.  This is the shower curtain -

I cannot wait to see them framed and hung up in Owen and Olivia's bathroom.  I made them as 8x10 prints. I used Dr. Seuss quotes and come fun coordinating clip art.  I made her about 10 to choose from.

Here are a few I came up with -

I LOVE You to the Moon and Back

I created these I LOVE you to the Moon and Back printables today just for fun.  I am toying with the idea of an etsy shop...but I am still undecided {I ended up opening a shop}.  If you would like one please leave a comment with your name and the number of the printable you would like. The numbers are on top of the printable. These print BEST if you print them as 8x10's. I am working on some other ones so be on the lookout for those.
